Stanislaus County Health Services Agency (HSA)
The Health Services Agency provides health care services to the community via its network of federally qualified health center – look alike outpatient clinics, public health services, an indigent health care program, and a family medicine residency program
In 2010, The Stanislaus County Community Health Center became California's First HRSA-designated Teaching Health Center.

Paradise Medical Center
Paradise Family Medicine Center is a 15,000 sq ft facility built in 2003 and provides comprehensive family care by both residents and faculty. It was specially designed for resident teaching. When in clinic, each resident has two to three examination rooms for exclusive use. A family counseling room, and procedure rooms also are available. In addition, there are conference rooms, break rooms, and patient friendly lobbies. Secure parking is available to all residents and staff.
Primary Care Continuity Experience
During primary care continuity clinic rotations, on average, residents see 6 patients per clinic during their first year, about 9 patients per clinic during their second year and 12 patients per clinic in their third year. Managing this clinic volume requires learning some efficiency as the patients managed tend to be complex. Patient demand for services remains consistently high as we are one of the few safety net clinics in our area.

Additional Outpatient Clinic Experiences
In addition to family medicine clinics, many other outpatient specialty clinics are structured for teaching. Training in the specialty clinics is based on the medical problems rather than continuity of care. These opportunities expand the outpatient training available to residents in our program and include,
